Best Travel Coffee Mugs

What are the best travel coffee mugs? At minimal, a good coffee travel mug should keep my coffee warm enough from first sip to last, should fit well in my vehicle cup holder, be easy and comfortable to drink from without difficult slides, levers, buttons, etc.; is nearly impossible to drip or leak and is easy to clean.
